Flexible packaging is a specification problem wearing a design problem's clothes. A beautiful bag with the wrong barrier is a recall waiting to happen. A perfectly specified bag that looks like a commodity is a brand that never gets picked up.
We do both halves. Every quote starts with what you're filling, how long it has to last and where it sells - then we choose the laminate, the format and the size against that, and only then do we talk about how it looks.
And we tell you what we don't know. Where the public record on a material is thin, our spec sheet says so rather than inventing a number. You'll see that on our specs page: figures we can source are cited, and gaps are marked as gaps.

You describe the product. We select the structure, size and format against its real barrier requirements - and explain the reasoning in writing.
Mock up
Your artwork, rendered on the actual pouch you'd receive. Free above 5,000 pieces; a flat $100 below, credited to your first order.
Produce
Rotogravure for volume, digital for short and versioned runs. Print proof before the press runs. Express, standard and economy lead times.
Reorder
Your spec, plates and artwork stay on file. The second order is one confirmation - identical result, no re-tooling.
The questions everyone asks
Why a 5,000-piece minimum?
Rotogravure needs one engraved cylinder per colour, at roughly $120-200 each. Below a few thousand pieces that setup dominates your unit cost. At 5,000 and up the economics work in your favour - which is exactly why the mockup is free there.
Can you do less than 5,000?
Yes, digitally. Digital printing carries no plate cost and published minimums run from a few hundred pieces up, so it's the right call for SKU tests and versioned runs. Per-unit cost is higher; the trade is speed and flexibility.
How long does it take?
Express runs about 15 working days. Standard is roughly 3-4 weeks by air. Economy is 8-10 weeks including sea freight. Digital manufacture itself is 7-14 days before shipping.
Do you offer recyclable or compostable?
Both. Mono-material PE qualifies for the How2Recycle Store Drop-off label - retail film bins, not curbside. Certified compostables break down in industrial composting in about 90-180 days. Industrial facility access is regional, so confirm before you make a claim on-pack.
What does it cost?
We quote it, we don't publish it. Unit cost moves with structure, size, colour count, finish and volume, and any number we printed on this page would be wrong for most of the people reading it. Send the spec and get a real figure.
Where does your spec data come from?
Published manufacturer spec pages, cited on every claim. Dimensions, barrier figures, minimums and lead times all carry a source and an access date - and where the public record is silent, we mark it silent instead of guessing.
